Q. Do you only sell Favor Buckets?

A. In addition to our Favor Buckets, we offer a wide variety of Crafts and Activities that match each theme.  We also sell helium balloons that match each theme. 

Q. How much will it cost to ship my order?

A. Our standard shipping and handling charges are based on your merchandise total.  Please refer to our Shipping Section for complete details.  There are additional charges for 2-Day and Overnight Express Delivery.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A. Yes. We ship to U.S. Military addresses worldwide via First Class Mail from the United States Postal Service.  Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to an APO/FPO address.

Q. Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

A. Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.  However, due to customs issues, we do not ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria, Zanzibar, India and some other countries in Africa.

Q. How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure when placing and order on your website?

Q. Why is my shopping cart empty even after I ordered items from your website?

A.One reason may be the use of "cookies".  Our website is designed to recognize cookies on a computer, and if you have disabled the cookies function on your Internet Browser, items cannot be added to your shopping cart. 

Q. Do the Favor Buckets arrive filled? 

A. Our Favor Buckets include the items shown under each theme.  We offer fulfillment services which includes placing all of the products into the cellophane bag, attaching curling ribbon and our Favorbuckets.com Gift Tag.  Fulfillment selections are made on the Product Page.  If you select "No Fulfillment", your items will ship unassembled and in "bulk" without our Gift Tag.  If a selection has not been made, your items will ship unassembled by default.

Q. Do you sell individual buckets without the contents?

A. Yes, we offer Red, Cream, Mustard and Army Green.  Email us for details at customerservice@favorbuckets.com.
